Hi, I'm The Tanager! 

 

For starters, I'm not really named after the iconic Scarlet Tanager bird, Tanager

is just my nickname. 

 

I'm a 13 year old, environmentalist, homeschooled, vegetarian boy.  I have patted a captive kiwi bird, held a woodpecker, seen over 200 bird species and a lot of other natural wonders. And I've been taking pictures on the way.
