Birds on the 23rd

On April 23rd, I saw a couple of cool birds.

In the morning, I went to a bird celebration that I helped organise. I started birding and saw a Hooded Warbler and a Veery.

Hooded Warbler - I heard it singing: "I want to rent a video."

Then I went to a park to bird, and I saw this:

Ovenbird - Called Ovenbirds because their nests look like old-fashioned outdoor ovens. Ovenbirds are warblers.

Later that day, I was walking on a sidewalk when I noticed something unfortunate. There was a dead male Indigo Bunting in full plumage. I suspect it hit a window.
