More and more Warblers!

Warbler numbers are increasing! On May 5th, I went to Monticello Park, and saw these birds:

Hooded Warbler

Scarlet Tanager - He landed right above us! Then, he perched on a nearby branch, allowing for great pictures.

Scarlet Tanager - The same one as above.

Ovenbird - Scraping around in the brush. He was hard to see.

Common Yellowthroat - Great view.

Canada Warbler - This was really cool!

American Redstart - Very pretty.

Mallard pair. They were in the stream that the warblers bathe in.

Red-eyed Vireo - He was too fast for me to get a good shot.
